You can include it in your description if you wish. I took several photos, showing the process of how to correctly add it to the game. Because this ped is different from the addons peds and another method must be done to add it and be able to use it.
Now the other detail to improve is to include how to add this ped to the game. The rest is very well done, including the position of the hands with the weapons and the wet skin effect when it rains or the ped is thrown into the sea and leaves it. Another thing to correct, is that of the textures that are of low quality with respect to the game, it would be very much appreciated if you replaced those textures with ones of the HD type. For example, the head is not well attached to the body, that is when you look at the sun, you see that something is missing, like a necklace or something. However, there are several things to correct. To be your first ped, it's a very good start.
